No guarantees, best way to have a clean drug screening is to not use drugs. But yes, ecstasy SHOULD be out of your system for a urine test after two weeks.

After 41 days, yes, you should be clean, unless you were smoking an absolutely obscene amount of marijuana every day. For people who smoke every day, it takes about 2 to 6 weeks (or a month on average) before you can give a clean urine sample.
