You should not use dex cool read on the sight it had caused several engines to overheat an blow including mine

Your GM dealer sells a orenge fluid named DEX COOL. You must add a mixture 50% dex cool and 50% demineralized water.
Yes; drain it completely and change the fluid. Fluid is cheaper than a rack.
Dex-cool is only used in certain GM vehicles that originally came with Dex-cool. Never mix Dex-cool with any other coolant, or top off a Dex-cool vehicle with regular anti-freeze. Mixing it will cause cooling problems/ overheating and worst engine failure. A dodge shadow used regular coolant, the brand doesn't matter but it should be mixed 50/50 with water.
