You would access in the form of: http://<server-address>:<port>/

No. PHP runs on the server. It receives a http request from the web server, and sends output (typically as html) to the browser. Any code in an onclick event would be handled by javascript. To send data back to the webserver (and PHP) you can make a synchronous request (AJAX) from an onclick, or any other browser event.
Why would you make a minecraft server to play on it urself? It wastes RAM and time.
The biggest problem that people have with cloud server hosting is that all of their files are out there where they can be accessed by others. They are not safe on a computer at the office. If you make sure to always use different passwords on your servers, though, you can make it so that the information is just as safe when it is stored on a cloud server as it would be at the office.
You would first need to download the server client for hexxit. Next you would set it up as you would a vanilla minecraft server, which can be done via port-forwarding or via hamachi.

You cannot make a server on runescape!
You will first have to make sure you are a memver of the Microsoft business server. You will then have to make sure you have the proper support package from them in order for them to cover this type of issue. You can then request direct support and talk to someone on the phone who can get a person out for you.
Generally when one uses a server, one has at least some idea of what they want to do with it, if not how. Ubuntu Server can be used for many different purposes, including a web server, a print server, a mail server, and a DNS server. Without any indication of what it is you wanted to do, it is impossible to tell you how to do it.
In server.properties Edit The "motd= Server" And Make It Whatever You Want
