Just be yourself! Don't try to be anyone else, if you do, she wont love you, she'll love a lie. At the moment, just say what feels right. If you guys are casual, ask if she would like to hang out some time. On a formal notice, just say it straight up. If she REALLY does want to be with you, she wont mind how you ask. Just do whatever comes to mind, and keep talking so you don't freeze up!
