Trying to lose ten pounds of weight this fast would mean that you would lose mostly water and muscle. When you come off of this type of dieting, the weight and muscle come back and sometimes more than you lost. well guy, the quickest way, which even I too am searching to reduce weight in a shorter period could be only, running for 3 Kms per day..[ may be every evening] not a heavy diet..[ be on lighter ones] do excercises.. I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks by detoxifying my body. That means I didn't eat anything. It's just like fasting. You can only drink liquid and I don't mean soda, coffee, tea, juice, etc. Maybe plain water (that's what I used). It's hard the first couple of days but your body will get used to it. It works because your body works on food and when there is no food in you system, your body can only feed on fat cells. But if you begin to get dizzy grab a banana or something healthy. Another answer I don't think that's healthy.... you should just try working out maybe you have some old workout videos that are fun and then maybe run for 20 min.
