If you went to a clinic and got a blood and urine test for STDs will it test for pregnancy as well even if I didn't ask for a pregnancy test?

Generally, you will only receive results on what you are being tested for unless it is something unavoidable or obvious when testing a sample. Your doctor, or which ever medical physician is examining the sample, would have to go out of their way to detect a pregnancy.
Your doctor would have to specifically request that a pregnancy test be done with your urine. It won't show up "accidentally". If you're worried you're pregnant, ask your doctor for a test!
