not that im an expert but you can live anywhere, with a parents OK
yes
If you are 18 you are no longer a minor and can choose to live with either parent (or neither).
I would assume that as long as there were not restraing orders or orders of protection against either the custodial parent or the child, the non custodial parent could live any where they wanted. As long as no ones rights are violated, and there is no danger to the child or either parent, I wouldn't think the law could do anything about where either party lived. Hopes this helps
you can either be happy about it (i highly doubt it), or you can choose which parent to live with, or live with a different relative
It's dependent on the custody order, but it's not appropriate for either parent to have a live in.
I was told he lived with his Grandmother. Why didnt either one of his parents have custody of him if this is true?
once emancipated
If not , then YOU are on the couch. Kids need a stable environment and space of their own with either parent.
**** your mom then kill your self. lol
The guidelines are basically the same in every state but obviously there are a few minor differences. Joint custody consists of Primary Custody & Secondary Custody. The parent with primary custody is who the child lives with & the other parent has secondary custody. Depending on the age of the child & the state in which they reside, the court may let them determine where they choose to live. Or if both parents agree on the child's decision then the child can live with either parent.
YES, IF SHE HAS SOLE CUSTODY OF THE CHILD AND THERE WAS NO AGREEMENT TO STAY IN THAT STATE. OR IF NEITHER PARENT HAS LEGAL CUSTODY EITHER PARENT COULD DO THAT
You're not legally a child at 18... You can do whatever the hell you want. Yet I'm not sure that either parent legally has to let you live with them.
