What are you talkin about im also thirteen and if you wiegh that much u are uderwieght and if you want to lose weight talk to a doctor. If you are 13 and 5' 3" and 86 pounds you are underweight. I think you should be at least 100 pounds. I am 13 and 4' 10" and I weigh 100 pounds and my doctor says I'm not overweight. When I was 12, I was 4' 7" and weighed 86 pounds and that was just right. What im saying is that you should be 86 pounds when you're 4' 7", not 5' 3". When my mom was a teenager she was 5' 1" and 90 pounds and she was underweight You do not need to lose weight at all. More like, gain weight... I am 14 and I'm 5'1'' or 5'2'' [short, I know.] and I weigh 85 or 86 pounds, which my doctor says is underweight. I've been advised to gain weight, not lose it.
