If you are 13 and 5' 3" and 86 pounds you are underweight. I think you should be at least 100 pounds. I am 13 and 4' 10" and I weigh 100 pounds and my doctor says I'm not overweight. When I was 12, I was 4' 7" and weighed 86 pounds and that was just right. What im saying is that you should be 86 pounds when you're 4' 7", not 5' 3".
