Your score is good so you should be able to get a reg. conventional rate. Your payment would depend on how much you put as a downpayment. A 20% downpayment will avoid PMI (private mortgage insurance that the lender requires)and if you can get a rate of 6.875%--your payment P&I only will be $2174.43. Now the higher the downpayment, the less PMI you are going to pay so---- PMI is going to be added to the your pmt if you didn't put 20% down. This could add as much as another $275.00 on to your payment. Next you have to figure what the taxes for that area run a yr. and what the homeowners insurance will run a year and divide both by 12 and add that to your payment. Next--do you need any other insurance on the house because of the area it is in?? Like flood or earthquake!!! Again, what does the policy run a year, divide that by 12 and add that amount to the payment. So--P&I $2174.43 PMI ?? Taxes ?? Insurance ____??___ Total payment Depends on the other figures but you atleast have the "Principal & interest" payment to go on. There is much more information needed to tell you this. Is it a purchase or refinance? What kind of home is it? What kind of income documentation would you be using? What is the debt ratio? Far too much is involved to be able to answer that question.

Colt detective specials only came out around 1927 with a starting serial #331000 and that serial number 34115 implies a date of 1910 for a police positive special. If there is a letter preceding or after the serial number then it's after 1970.

What is the date of colt detective special 38 3021?

The Colt detective special was derived from the Colt positive special in 1927and the starting serial number for that year was 331000 so the serial number you show of 3021 does not match up as a Colt detective special. Now if the serial number was 383021 then it was made in 1930.

How old is a colt detective special serial number 52984?

The serial number you give is too low to be a Colt detective special. Colt detective specials were produced in 1927 starting with serial number 331000.They were cut-down versions of the Colt police positive specials. Now the Colt police positive special with that serial number was made in 1912.

How do you know 0.825 and 0.37 can be written as fractions?

This is how you convert decimals to fractions.First write the decimal as a fraction with a denominator of 1.825/1Count the number of decimals spaces, in this case 3. Now you know how many times you have to multiply the top and bottom of the fraction by 10. This will be 10x10x10 = 1000 Therefore, you will have for the numerator .825x1000 = 825 and for the denominator 1x1000 = 1000Your fraction now looks like this:825/1000Now simplify 825/1000825/25=331000/25 = 4033/40
