First, check to make sure that the computer is plugged in.
If it isn't, then plug it in.
If it is and you still have issues, you might have a power supply problem. In which case, you need to buy a new power supply and install it, or take your computer to a computer store and have them fix it.
A power supply, when referring to computers, is that little fan/box thing that you plug the cord from the wall to the computer.
Press and hold the Power I/O button and this should resolve the issue

Check all your fuses first Then I would check for power at switch with a test light With key on you should have power on one side of switch .If you have power going in next step is to check with switch activated you should have power out . If you have power in and out of switch chances are motor is bad but you should check for power at motor also.Hope this helps.
No, that is not a fuse issue. I would suspect this is a switch or wiring issue.
If the dim lights are continuously staying on there may be an issue with the dimmer switch. The actual switch may be jammed in the on position. Check the switch with a voltmeter and see if there is continuous power coming from it.
My MB E430 had same issue with all four windows after battery was temporarily disconnected to resolve another issue. After checking fuses and determining none were blown, I investigated and learned that the power windows on a MB need to be re-sync'd after power interruption.
yes, there should be power if key is on
Switch off the PC at the main power switch, wait about 30-40 seconds then switch the power on again, the PC should re-boot.
