I am an 11 year old girl...well it realy depends what is bothering you to get to sleep if its a pain defo tell a trustworthy clever adult if not then just think of the stuff you think of when you are sad like...your fav boy...your boyfriend...what it would be like to be like someone else...or just shut your eyes each night and have a compition on wich night you can keep your eyes shut the longest...It works you fall asleep...me and my friend have both tryed it!! thanx x
