Most likely an electrical or computer problem. Not sure what an air brake dummy light is for, or why you car would have an air brake, but the abs could be anything from a sensor at one of the wheels, to the abs module itself freaking out. If you have no problems with the battery discharging, or anything, stick with investigating the ABS problems.
