Your transmission is having a major problem. I would take it to a mechanic as soon as possible. OR ask one of the ASE techs on here if you are a DIY person. But, on transmissions it is better to take it to a good shop that can fix it. It could be many different things and without more information it would be hard to diagnose the problem. Usually something in the transmission like a clutch pack is broken or burnt, or there is debris in the channels and fluid is not getting to the valves to shift, the linkage could be broken, all different kinds of things...or it could be a sensor on the transmission or the engine. Take it to a shop or a good mechanic.
