I'm not a lawyer, but from my understanding the federal labor code requires them to pay you. If you continue to work, keep detailed records, it'll make things easier down the line.
If you stop going to work, that might be grounds for firing you. I would file a claim with your state's Department of Labor. If you can afford an attorney that might be a good idea if this goes on for too long.
Of course, this is assuming you're not working under the table.
