It's possible he is just trying to get another you with a different personality or different tastes or morals. It may be that he just likes girls who have your looks and that it's just a coincidence that the new girlfriend has the same name as you. It really doesn't matter though, does it? He's found a new girlfriend and you should forget him and find a new boyfriend; maybe one who looks like him.

Married man or not a young woman cheating on her boyfriend is wrong! There are no excuses for cheating and if she is so unhappy in her relationship with her boyfriend then she needs to come out of her immature and selfish mode and end that relationship and she is then free to date other single young men. If the boyfriend finds out he will be hurt; the bond of trust will be broken and in his eyes the very person he trusted (his girlfriend) will be enough to make him break off the relationship with little respect for her.
