let him find out what she is really like. Don't put yourself between you and his girlfriend you could end up losing. Stay in the background, let him make his decisions and be there when he may need you.
You already have told him about her, now he needs to experience what ever happens between him and her. The more you interfere, the more likely you will lose him as a friend. So take a very low profile and if she does end up hurting him, just be there for him. I think I just repeated myself.
So in closing. Not much you can do except wait and see what happens.

let him make his own mistake just because you don*t like her doesn*t mean it won*t work out for them. Maybe he's just as bad as she in his own way...that might be the reason he's attracted to her.
