Puberty is a sign of you changing into a different body mode. If your hair is changing, so be it. If it changes back, so be it. You can't control your body from going back and forth.
This sounds ridiculous. I don't even think anybody should want frizzy hair. But, all you really have to do is when your hair is wet when you get out of the shower or whatever, that you touch your hair a lot.. it makes you hair really frizzy the more you touch it. That one of the main reasons that curly haired people have frizzy hair because when they are applying product or just even touching their hair makes it frizzy. Just saying this does not mean that every time you touch your wet hair means that it will go frizzy.
The appearance of pubic hair in the groin area and under the arms usually indicates the onset of puberty.
You really don't get any smarter, but hopefully you will get a little more experience and wisdom as well as maturing while going through puberty.
I would say no unless they hit puberty really early
It tends to get really frizzy.

you may get muscle growth any time from now until about a little before you end puberty. some effects of puberty come out really late in some people
if it is really hot outside then the sun absorbs the moisture in your hair and when your hair runs out of moisture it kind of shrivels up and becomes frizzy.
With her frizzy hair and the hint of green in her makeup, she really looks quite ghoulish.
exercise nutbar, was very fat, lost lots of weight, has videos, etc...blue/white shorts, frizzy hair - afro, hated his voice, deals with really, really fat people, cries with them
Sometimes hair can be become frizzy either due to cold and dry weather or humid hot weather. But really it all depends on your hair type. If your hair is naturally curly or wavy then your hair will more likely become frizzy in humid weather due to dampness. If your hair is naturally straight you wont have too much of a frizzy hair problem but it may mostly become frizzy from cold, dry weather due to static. Hope that helps
He hasn't gone through puberty. He should really wait til he matures up a little bit before singing because some people might not like his voice after puberty.
