If your hamsters teeth are really long do you have to get them cut?

If they are very long and are stopping him/her from eating/drinking or appears uncomfortable then yes. Go to a vets and get it sorted out. To avoid it happening again give him/her toilet rolls to chew on, a chew toy or anything that will wear his/her teeth down.
