If he/she only needs to wear the diaper for a little it is a good idea. When i say a little i am talking about 3 months. Also, kids who wear diapers get bad rashes, so you might want to change him a few times till his body gets use to it. But the main thing is never EVER tell his parents even if you don't think it is right because he feels embarrassed and if he turns to you that means he can trust you. If you break it he will be humiliated and never speak to you again. You have to keep his trust and just hope it works.
