If your toe hurts and is a little swollen but is not discolored is it broken?

∙ 14y agoIt depends. In most cases it is not broken just nerve damage. In some cases however the blood puddles up under the skin and it is not visible and people have a broke toe and pay no attention to it.

i think you just sprained a little bit. get some rest. put some cold treatment on that part so ease the swelling.

It's possible. Painless breaks are rare but far from impossible. The only real way to check for fractures like this is imagery -- in this case an xray.
