No, sometimes doctors get the dates wrong or sometimes the baby is a little ahead or behind in growth. I would go by the Ultrasound.

I am 17 weeks pregnant and have felt no fetal movement should I be worried?

No, there is no reason to worry yet. You don't normally start to feel movements until 16-22 weeks.

Should you see a fetal pole at 5 weeks 1 day?

At 5 weeks 5 days I had no fetal pole detected, just an empty sac. I had the same at 7.0 weeks. However, at 7.5 days a fetal pole and heartbeat could be seen. From talking to friends during the "waiting" time, it appears that most women do not see a fetal pole until about 6 weeks minimum.

Should you worry if the doctor hears two heartbeats?

If it is your own, yes. If it is fetal, no. You have twins.

Why I can't hear my baby heartbeat at 11 weeks pregnant with an ultrasound?

No, I didn't hear my babies heartbeat until I was about 14 weeks. It also depends on how much belly fat you have. I had some belly fat so maybe that's why it was a little longer for me. Don't worry everything will be fine.

Is a fetal heartbeat of 114 at 6 weeks and 1 day Good or Bad?

Is a fetus of 30 weeks weighing 3 pounds and 13 ounces normal weight?

A baby should weigh about 3 lbs in week 30. I had an ultrasound at 32 weeks and the baby weighed 3 lbs. My doctor said its a little small but nothing to worry about.

Is the baby okey if he is not kicking at 22 weeks?

don't worry. may be u r overweight person. at the end of 24 weeks, if there is no fetal movements. call u'r doctor. in light hot water mix two spoons of sugar and drink. there is some slight movement don't worry about this. otherwise go to doctor and hear the fetal heart beat thro' sthescope.can u hear it then no problem.

Should you worry because they had a hard time finding the heart beat?

Listening for the fetal heartbeat is routine during a pregnancy appointment. Usually if a medical professional does not hear the heartbeat they will conduct an abdominal ultrasound to access the health of the unborn baby. It is unlikely that a doctor would not investigate further if they are unable to hear a heartbeat especially 6 weeks or more into the pregnancy. Less than 6 weeks a doctor may not be concerned yet about not hearing the fetal heartbeat and simply wait until the next prenatal visit to listen for it again.

First Ultrasound was at 15 weeks 0 days Baby measured 15 weeks 2nd Ultrasound was at 17 weeks 0 days baby measured 17 weeks 4 days and doctor is very concerned Why?

There is a possibility she will have a big baby. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I bet another ultrasound has been booked that will be fine. I was induced at 36 weeks becasue Twin 2 wasn't growing. Twin 1 weighed 4lb 15ounces, Twin 2 weighed 6 lb 3ounces!!

You are 18 weeks pregnant but the ultrasound showed 16 weeks - should you be worried?

No....don't worry. My sister went for Ultrasounds and every one of them were off from her actual due date........People give new technology to much credit. Go by the good old fashion way and use the LMP.

Red blood spotting at 13 weeks pregnant but only after sex should i worry?

You don't have to worry about spotting. You should worry about a heavy flow. You should also talk to your doctor.
