Find another mechanic.
They fixed the replaced the raditor and it still leaks in front of the vehicle.
waterpump is leaking and should be replaced or the gasket may be worn out and need to be replaced
The seals in the pump are leaking and the pump needs to be replaced.
Could be thermostat not opening causing a back pressure
Lube the gasket with a good quality pool lube like Boss or Magic Lube. Never use vaseline...big mistake.
Shold be a weep hole underneath stem of water pump. If it's leaking water it needs to be replaced. You will be able to tell.

Even if you have changed the seal, the water pump could still leak if the bearings are shot. Also, the water pump itself could be cracked.?æ
Has the rad ever been flushed? Try that if there is no indication of water pump failure (leaking or venting coolant from pump.)
Check the water pump drive shaft. If water is leaking from the hole beneath the drive, it's definitely a bad water pump seal and you can't repair them.
What other symptoms besides leaking antifreeze? Where do you see the anti-freeze leaking?
