You are not too young, I started my period at 11 too and I thought i was too yound but some girls start at about 9 so you are not.
Cramps are a normal part of having a period hun
Yes it sounds like you are about to start your period. Most girls start between the ages of 7-13. Hope this help's.
Doctors are clever, ask them.
also, i am afraid that ive been exercising too much and that the exercise is the cause
If you have been having PMS and cramps the pills will help and may take away much of it. I used the pill for 20 years to stop PMS and cramps and it helped me. No doubt about it. Your periods will get shorter and lighter after a few months/years on the pill.
yes
I am 48 years old and so sick of having my period and cramps, i get cramps in low back and low stomach what i find that really helps alot is advil every 4 hours whether you need it or not if you take it for 2 days (the two worse days are the day before and the 2nd day for me) so i take 2 tablets every four hours and it really helps alot.
First of all I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to get your period.... Well I'm ten years old and I have been getting cramps in my lower stomach. I might get my period soon. Getting your period at ten years old depends on who you are but it is possible to get your period at ten years old like I might soon
Its totally normal i have had the implant and haven't had a period for two and a half years but every month i get the cramps, bloating and other symptoms
No.
This probably isn't being pregnent, if you are new to periods it is more then likely you're not regular yet but if you have had you're period over 2 years it could just be plain cramps but if it continue's and you're still worried I suggest you visit you're doctor
Even if you think your "years away" from having your first period it's always good to have a few spare pads around which you mum would probably have anyway. You can never know when your going to have your first one, but you should still ask :)
