Just wait until you are older. I promise that during and after puberty your breasts will have grown. And if after you have turned 18 ( or when ever your body natural stops growing, which is sometimes 21 or older) there are always cosmetic surgeries. Though I would advise against them. I and many other guys like all natural breasts, you just need to wait until you get there. Remember there is no rush and love what you are given.

NO, sorry to say but believe me no. You can however get bra's for that size if u want (padded ones to make them look bigger) I know it's depressing seeing your friends in b-c cups (I'm the same size and 13!!!)but you'll grow don't worry!
