Yes. If he's 18, he'll go to jail for even touching you in the first place (some places 17 gets you jail time too). Forget the whole pregnant thing for a minute. There are no laws about getting pregnant. Seeing as you need to have sex to get pregnant. Also in most places you have to be over 17 or 18 to even legally agree to sex in the first place, so it'd be a crime on your part as well? Either way, he'd most likely go to jail anyway so yeah.
