what do mean hard and soft? Next Answer: Yes, but at 13 just about any size less than six inches is within 'normal'. At 13 years old, your body (all parts of it) have the potential to grow more. Human males do not reach the end of their 'growing' until they are around 25 years old. You still have about twelve years of growth potential ahead, so any size now (at 13) is mostly irrelevant. Additionally, you still have five years of growth potential ahead of you before you will need it for anything other than the main use you are using it for now.
