Im 13 you think your foreskin can retract its just the skin at the very end is very tight and small what exercises can you do to loosen it up?

The best way too loosen it up is with the aid of some warm water like under the shower or in the bath tub there is no secret recipe perhaps rubbing some skin lotion into it may help but the trick is simple perseverance after a short time you will have the thing right back. this is also a good idea from a hygiene point of view as you need to wash under there.
