In my opinion - absolutely NOT ! and you are too young to be worried about such things. Always strive to be a healthyperson - you can attain this by eating healthy foods and being active.

You are borderline overweight, I doubt it is cause for much concern but seeing as you are only 14 you should only be weighing around 120-130 pounds. In the interest of your health I would recommend you loose a bit of weight by doing exerciseand eating a healthy balanced diet.
You are a bit underweight, I think. A woman 5 feet tall is supposed to weigh between 90 and 110 pounds (or 100 pounds on average). A woman who's 5 feet 2 inches is supposed to weigh between 100 and 120 pounds (or 110 pounds on average). And a woman who's 5 feet 4 inches tall is supposed to weigh between 110 and 130 pounds (or 120 pounds on average).
If you do not restrict your food intake, then it may be that you just have a superfast metabolism, and are naturally very thin. Without actually looking at you, I can't tell. But if you are restricting your calories and/or overexercising and/or binging and purging, then this is most likely NOT a normal, healthy body weight for you.

Depends on your height more than your age. Start with 100 lbs for women and add 5 lbs for every inch over 5 ft in height. You can reasonably add about 10 lbs for extra musculature for women, but no extra points for being "big-boned".
