well you're above average that you can bench press 200 pounds. that's really good.
about 7 stone im 13 and can bench press 10-11 stone and that's quite a bit above average.
If you can bench 300 lbs. your in an elite group, there is no way to know exactly how many men in the u.S can bench 300 lbs.
It is hard to decide because of your body "changing" but the average bench press is 90-100 lbs
It varies greatly with the teens hormonal development, lifting experience, and genetics. The "average" could range from anywhere from 100-250. It's too hard to specify an average. Lets just put it simply "results may vary." that's true. i bench 275 and i turn 16 in like 10 days TO guy above^^^ UR A LIER(i only bench 24.453 kg max) dude he isn't lying im 16 and i bench 320 the guy above are you cereal? i only bench 285 and im 16 but i just started to the guy above me you mean serious lol cereal man that's funny to the guy above the guy that said cereal, im 15 and i bench 340
There are several factors. A persons body weight and age are a pretty good indicator. This is very general of course. To be a good bench presser its usually a matter of simple practice and technique. However if you can rep your own weight you are most likely above average. If you can max out at 100lbs past your weight thats also a good indicator your pretty strong. Ex: 175 body weight x 10 or 275 at one rep max.
180-240
ADA criteria recommends bench seats sit 17" - 19" above the ground or floor space. This is not currently enforced by the ADA, but it is the suggested height range. It is also suggested that "benches are most useful if they have full back support and armrests to assist in seating and standing."
365 on average
I think it was exactly 300, if not, the lower 300's.
You do not exactly have to buy a bench to go along with this weight set but it would be suggested for maximum work out potential.
first of all you cannot bench 308 stop lying to yourself and for your answer 135 or above
If by average you mean a mostly sedentary individual weighing about 165lb? In the region of 119lb for a single rep.
