Don't worry, that baby will stay up there, even if you are retching a lot while being sick.
I know how awful it is. I do feel for you. I used to pee on the bathroom floor sometimes from so much retching. Oh, dear!
The yellow and black things sound like bile. That means that your stomach is empty, and being sick will be even more uncomfortable. Try and sip water little and often. Particularly after you have just been sick, and that will make you feel a little better and help to avoid dehydration.
Tell your doctor that you are being sick so much that you are bringing up bile. This is so that he can check to make sure that you are not getting dehydrated. He may well be able to prescrible something that helps the sickness and does no harm to your baby.
Above all, this will come to an end.
