Im 4 months pregnant and you havent shown or fell your baby move why?

At 4 mos the baby is just starting a huge growth spurt. If you never felt a baby move before you don't know what to expect. At first it doesn't feel like much. I think the first time I felt my daughter it felt like a butterfly flutter. Not much, huh?
Lay down flat on your back and lay very still. Do this for 20 minutes at a time a few times a day and I'll bet you feel that flutter very soon. Some babies are just quieter that other and if he or she is towards the back of your uterus instead of the front it is harder to feel.
In a couple months you'll wonder if there are 3 babies in there doing jumping jacks! My niece didn't look pregnant at all until she was 8 months. I swear I always looked pregnant by the end of the second week.
