First I want to say you should go to a doctor or health department asap and get your pregnancy confirmed. Having said that, cramps are very normal. Your uterus goes through a lot of stretching and growing. This can be the source of your cramping. Early pregnancy feels a lot like you're just on the verge of having your period. Also a positive test is usually a true positive. You have to be producing hcg in order for the line to form. You don't make hcg except after you have conceived and the embryo has implanted into your uterine wall. Good luck!!

If you had 3 neg pregnancy test but you are experiencing the symptoms of being pregnant like having leg cramps and being dizzy and all that.Could you be pregnant?

I have never heard of leg cramps being associated with pregnancy. It is usually lower belly cramps as your uterus grows and as your belly grows back cramps. Dizziness is associated with pregnancy because of the increase of blood in your body. You should have other symptoms like sore boobs and maybe nausea. If its early in the pregnancy like within the first 6 weeks you might not be producing enough progesterone to get a positive answer to your pregnancy test, some women never produce enough to test positive. A blood test is more accurate sooner.
