You are not small for your age. You are average size and a lot taller than many boys your age at my school.
You will be starting puberty soon if not already, this is when you begin to grow quicker into an adult in all manner of body and brain. There is nothing you need to do except eat good meals and look after your body. Try not to eat too many junk foods. That's all.
