You are 13 in the middle of puberty and are going to be confused. Everyone is raised with the assumption that they are straight. You have been given all kinds of signals that reinforce this. Some are obvious and others are harder to notice. Being turned on by other boys can be coming from your feelings inside. We like who we like and there is really no explaining it. Other boys at your age are usually much easier to be around and experiment with. It is what you are used to seeing, maybe doing something with so that is what your body knows and is used to. I wouldn't worry too much about it, you will figure yourself out at some point.
What are you? A young man who is intelligent enough to ask questions about himself. Every guy has some experience with other guys. It's part of the process growing up. No big deal. You may be Gay or just exploring the possibilities. Again, don't worry about it and don't worry about labels. Who you are, will become, and who you do things with is no one's concern but yours.
You should wait until you are a bit older. Many boys ask themselves the same question at 13, it is nothing to worry about. As you get older you will discover who you are sexually. It may be that you are heterosexual and turn fully to girls sexually, or you may be bisexual and have relationships with both male and female partners, or you may be gay and turn only to the same sex as yourself.
