You can apply, but the waiting list is horrendous (I waited 3 years after my application to receive the first interview). Of course, every case and maybe every state is different. Try it, though. Once that interview rolls around, you won't regret it. I have 4 children and couldn't have made it without that rental assistance.
No child has ever been born in space to date hence no woman has become a mother in space however the first mother to go into Space was Anna Lee Fisher in 1984.
Yes, the laws of motion apply in outer space.
My Mother Is a Space Cadet was created in 1982.
Im sure that the same laws that apply on Earth would apply to space ...
i guess apply some space glop on to your super elastic super suit .but please get in the real world.
Space stations are assembled in space, section by section. The sections are pre-assembled on earth in pieces small enough to be carried into space by rockets, then removed from the rockets and attached to the existing station.

You don't apply for section 8 online. You have to directly contact the section 8 facility where you wish to live and apply through them IF and only if they have an open space. Most have waiting lists so long that you will probably have to wait 5 years to get in. Go to http://portal.hud.gov/portal/page/portal/HUD/states and click on your state for more information.
