I'm experiencing dermographia but unwilling to take any pills. Any suggestions on that?

First of all, you may need to figure out the cause of your dermographia. The condition is thought to be triggered by several factors, including:

・a history of Allergies

・excessive rubbing from clothing or bedding

・infections

・certain medications, including penicillin

・exercises that cause excessive skin rubbing (such as Wrestling)

In addition, you may be at an increased risk if you:

・have dry skin

・are a young adult

・experience frequent scratches of the skin

・have thyroid disease

・have a nerve disorder or an internal illness that causes itchy skin

Since you are not willing to take any pills at this stage, I suspect that your degree of dermographia is not that severe. Probably you could try to start from changing your lifestyle.

First, moisturize your skin. This includes:
