Im going through puberty and when you have a shower you can see hair growing all over your scrotum?

dont worry tis is perfectly normal everybody around your age will be going through the same process It is perfectly normal for hair to grow of the scrotum and even close to the anus during puberty as well as the more obvious pubic hair and axilary hair (armpit hair).
