Don't TELL him to hug you and kiss you, it could be he's not ready yet. Give it some time, and if you feel like you've ben going out for a long time, and your relationship isn't going anywhere, then try talking to him, but don't yell at him, just tell him that you feel that your relationship is ready for "the next step" and then tell him what that is so you don't freak him out.
