You should try talking to your parents, but if you really can't, then you should talk to a teacher, school counselor, or other adult (doctor, minister, coach, etc.) that you trust. There is no shame in being depressed or asking for help to work through it. You are brave for wanting to get help! By talking to a trusted adult, they should be able to help you find a therapist or psychiatrist that should be able to determine if you have clinical depression and whether or not you need medication to help treat it. Please get help! Don't keep this to yourself! Try to find a way to talk to your parents. They may surprise you with their understanding just what you are going through. Good luck!
If you are 14 and feel depressed and scared to tell anyone, please find a close confidant to share your troubles.
Pray for them.
The best thing that you can do for your friend, is to be there for them. They most likelt will be confused, hurt, and depressed. Be the constant that they need in there life right now.
it's probably not....if you are feeeling that way, i sugest getting/seeking help....but not from parents...they never seem to understand.....unless your's do
talk to your parents or an adult and they can help you
No, but it isn't being a responsible parent when a child has a problem.
i dont no ask your parents for help.
You can not get over it with out telling your parents. Tell them both sides of the reason, so they can help the best they can. Parents are usually the ones who your must trust.
i dont know some one help me
Just tell your parents how you feel and if that doesnt help then your parents dont deserve you hope that helped
DO NOT run away. There are a lot of creepy bad people out there and you will get hurt. If you are depressed talk to your parents and get some medicine. It is just a temporary problem it will go away.
Yes, they can. They become listless & don't bounce like they should. Stimulating their senses & minds can generally help, or getting them a friend.
I dont know but but help me im getting frustrated!!
