actually, if you look, you can actually see that you have a layer of fat that lays around it, thus losing weight will make that layer go away making your penis bigger...well the size it actually is intended to be.

No the length wont change no matter how much weight you lose . However , when you lose weight the fat around the penis will disappear making your penis look longer . If you want it bigger there are many things you could try . Speak to your GP or a gum clinic about getting safe tablets to stimulate penis growth or even try something as simple as a penis pump.
