Im planing next sat big party at my place i invited already about 70 ppl and told them to bring there friends but someone told me it might be not legal to do so in uk is it true?

If you own the house, it's a private party and your guests aren't expected to pay you, the law is fairly flexible. Difficulties could arise if you did this on a regular basis or if it caused a nuisance for your neighbours. That's largely down to where you live. 70 or more people in a flat or small house in a residential street would be likely to cause excessive noise or disturbance. If you have a large pile in the country, a few hundred wouldn't be considered excessive once in a while.
