Im taking proper diet but still not gaining weight my inches are less than normal my height is 5.8inches and my weight is 58 kgs?

If you feel tired all day, have concentration problems, feel cold everytime you should go to a doctor. big chance he will run some blood tests to see your TSH(Thyyroid-stimulating hormone) If these are low you have a hypothyroidism. TSH stimulates the secretion of some thyroid gland hormones that regulate your metabolism. having less of it, means you have less of these hormones and having an underaverage metabolism. Means you can starve yourself and still wont lose a pound.
