This simply depends on what is in them. Water is very important to the body. Fruits and Vegetables are beneficial. Protein, minerals, vitamins, etc.... are good for the body. Just remember too much of a good thing is not necessarily good. Do you believe people were meant to live on it? Always a good question to ask before starting a diet.
