All you have to do is click file > print. When you click the file tab that is called the backstage view in microsoft 2011.
This option is available in 'View' menu as well as in the left bottom of the slide. When you click this option, it displays the 1st slide by default. It also displays the no. of the slides on the left pane in the form of buttons. Whenever, u wanna edit a particular slide, click on the button to view the slide. However, u can view any slide by clicking on the button the left pane.
View from a Backstage Pass was created on 2007-11-05.
To see the backstage view, the file tab must be clicked, then backstage view. This is where documents and their data is managed.
