Love every thing because it is thy self. Everything is connected to every other thing. Nothing is independent. Everything you do affects every part of the universe. In a very real sense, you are everything. Because the ways things are interconnected are so infinitely complex, we can never know what the results of any particular action will be. All we can do is act with love, that is, with kindness and attention, not just to our neighbors, but also to our enemies, to animals, to the environment, to our routine chores. Try to spend more time in the here and now and less time lost in thoughts, and everything will become more and more clear. And don't forget to be kind to yourself.
