First, you need to be a Club Penguin member. Next, make sure to have more than 800 coins (you need more coins to feed and bathe your puffle). Make sure you get a PINK puffle. Next go to the Iceberg and play Aqua Grabber. You can choose either course, Clam Waters or Soda Seas. Stay at any underwater spot and wait. Your pink puffle will automatically go under you and produce a bubble. Catch the bubble, and you'll get the Bubble Catch stamp.
