In Club Penguin my penguin's name isn't there and it hasn't been there for a week why?

don't worry, when i made my first penguin in 2008 it took about a week to show. it is because there are so many penguins trying to get an account on the worldwide website, Club Penguin that i takes time with you it has to top up membership, activate penguins.
but somtimes my very first penguin ws called polio4, i was non of the wiser that polio was actually a dissease so club penguin thought it would be hars to ban a penguin for there name so they put a block on saying penguin or a capital p.
