The Parliament of Canada forms the legislative branch of government in Canada.Parliament has three components: Her Majesty the Queen (represented by the Governor General of Canada), the appointed Senate (with 105 members, each appointed by the Governor General on the prime minister's advice), and the elected House of Commons (with 308 members elected at each general election using a single-member plurality voting system).
The Queen's Privy Council for Canada is a body of advisors to Her Majesty the Queen of Canada. The Privy Council was created by s. 11 of the Constitution Act, 1867, and consists of members appointed by the Governor General of Canada on the advice of the prime minister. Members of the Privy Council are styled The Honourable, and may use the post-nominals "P.C."By constitutional convention, only privy councillors who are also a minister (and are therefore responsible to the elected House of Commons) may advise the Governor General on the exercise of executive functions. These ministers are usually members of the Cabinet (which is technically a committee of the larger Privy Council).
No. They are totally different. Starkiller's Raxus Prime Survival Gear does not cover the whole entire body.

Ministerial responsibility You can read the rest if you choose to do so. What country are you speaking about ? This question seems a bit misdirected/uninformed. In the USA there are 3 branches of government, defined by the Constitution. A Prime Minister is not mentioned in the Constitution. If the question is referencing a country with a Prime Minister, its likely a parliamentary system like Canada or England or although it could be a country like Australia or New Zealand. In England and Canada, there is no 'Executive Officer' in the American sense. The Prime Minister is more or less the equivalent although he/she must be elected to office by their own constituency, much like a Congressman in the USA. They are not elected by the country as a whole.
The answer is - Ministerial Responsibility. It may also be referred to as a parliamentary system.

A parliamentary form of government chooses it's executive leader (usually called a Prime Minister) from the elected legislative body. In these countries there is usually a head of state who acts as the ceremonial leader.
Sometimes, but not necessarily always.
Ministerial responsibility
The answer is no. First of all they are Princes of the United Kingdom - not England. In fact Charles the heir to the throne is Prince of Wales. No Royal can be Prime Minister or a member of Parliament. It is called the House of Commons - or commoners (non-royal).
