Where a row and column intersect is a cell. To enter data into a cell, first select it and then type in what you want in the cell. Finally, press enter.
First blank on the first question is Stomach, and second blank is Bloodstream.
You need your actual values that you are getting your frequencies from first. Then you need a table of the category ranges that you want to get the frequencies within, such as having 10, 20, 30 etc., to see the amount of values within each range. Arrange these in a column. Then select the blank cells beside that column. With those blank cells still selected, in the first of them start the formula by typing =FREQUENCY( and then select the cells that you are trying to get frequencies for. Then press the comma key and then select the range with the categories. Then press the ) key. Then press Ctrl - Shift and Enter and the formula will fill out into the selected cells.

After the launch process has completed you will see a blank worksheet called Book1 on the screen.
Select the first range as normal. Then press and hold the Ctrl key and select the other range with the mouse. The first range will stay selected. You can select as many ranges as you want using this method.
Select cell A2. Then, on the menu bar, select Window, Freeze Panes.
Click on the row header or column header. Press Ctrl-Spacebar to select a column. Press Shift-Spacebar to select a row. If you have cells in more than one column or row selected when you do either of these it will select all of the columns or rows that have selected cells. If you go to the first cell in a completely blank row and press Ctrl-Shift right arrow, it will select the entire row. If you go to the first cell in a completely blank column and press Ctrl-Shift down arrow, it will select the entire column. If there is some data in any cells in the row/column or if you are not in the first cell when you do it, these commands will select part of the row/column only, depending on where data is.
You can enter it in Excel as 6E15 (the number has 15 0s. The scientific notation for the number is 6*1015 but to enter that in Excel you have to enter "=" first, and the exponent, 15, is preceded by ^. So the whole string that you need to enter is "=6*10^15"
You could use a database like Access or Oracle. You could also use the first blank row in Excel for your headings and Excel can work on them like a database.
